| Once you've checked out and your receipt appears on
your screen, it's time to download your files.
Be sure to print your on-screen receipt.
Under each product listed on your receipt is the download link for
that product file. |

| Type the full link into your web
browser. |
| |
| With some of our older products, you'll be taken to
a web page where you can click the "Download Now" link to start the
download. With our newer products, the download link will
automatically pop up after you enter it's download address in your
browser as explained above. See below... |

The
"File Download" window will open.
Click Save. |
| |
|
 |
A new window will open which allows you
to choose the location on your computer where you want the file(s)
downloaded. We recommend your computer's desktop.
Click Browse. |

Another window will
open so that you can locate your desktop.
Click
Desktop and then click
OK. |

 |
The unzip window
will again be visible. Although the example at right is blank, you
should be able to see your desktop location in the line to the left
of the Browse button.
Click
Unzip. |

The download
progress window opens to show you that the download is proceeding. |

When the download is
complete, locate the icon on your desktop that resembles a vice (similar
to the icon below). This is where your product file is stored.
Double-click the icon.

A window will
open asking you if you want to “run” the program, in other words, unzip
the file.
Click Run.
Note: Unzipping files can be accomplished on both the PC and the
Mac; however, older Mac OS versions may require the use of an
unzipping utility such as
Stuffit Expander. |

A Save As window will open so that you
can choose the location where your file(s) will be unzipped. We suggest
your desktop. The Save As window may open to your desktop by default.
Click Save. |

When the unzipping process is finished,
a window will notify you.
Click OK. |
| |
|
|
The product file or
files you purchased should now be on your computer’s desktop ready to
import into the presentation, layout, or word processing software you’re
using. If
